Do I need any prior cooking experience?
Not at all for our Beginner's Fundamentals or Weekend Intensive programmes. These are designed specifically for people new to cooking. Our specialised workshops assume basic competency, but nothing you couldn't learn in our foundation courses first.
What should I bring to class?
Just yourself and comfortable, closed-toe shoes. We provide aprons, equipment, ingredients, and recipe materials. You may want to bring a notebook if you like to take additional notes beyond what we provide.
Are dietary requirements accommodated?
Yes. Let us know when booking about any allergies or dietary restrictions. While you'll learn to cook the same dishes as everyone else, we can provide alternative ingredients where necessary and ensure you're aware of any allergens in what you're working with.
What's your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 7 days before your course start date for a full refund. Within 7 days, we offer credit towards a future course. No-shows unfortunately cannot be refunded as we pre-purchase ingredients for each participant.
Can I buy gift vouchers?
Absolutely. We offer gift vouchers for any course or a monetary value that the recipient can put towards any programme. Vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be purchased by emailing us directly.
Is parking available?
Street parking is limited in our area, but there are several NCP car parks within a 10-minute walk. We strongly recommend public transport as we're very well connected to Liverpool Street and Moorgate stations.
