You must be at least 16 years of age to use our website and enrol in our courses. Some courses may have additional age requirements. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to participate in our courses.
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us and payment has been processed.
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit and debit cards and bank transfers.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date at no additional cost.
You may transfer your booking to another person at no charge, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before the course start date.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled course start time. Late arrivals may be unable to participate fully or may not be admitted.
You must follow all health and safety instructions provided by our staff. This includes wearing appropriate footwear (closed-toe shoes), tying back long hair, and following food hygiene protocols.
You must inform us of any allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements at the time of booking. While we will endeavour to accommodate your needs, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, or poses a risk to themselves or others. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.
All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, recipes, and course materials, is the property of glade-verse Culinary Academy and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
Recipe cards and materials provided during courses are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes.
We may take photographs or videos during courses for marketing and promotional purposes. By attending a course, you consent to being photographed or recorded. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us before the course begins.
You are welcome to take personal photographs during courses but may not record full sessions or use recordings for commercial purposes.
We take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of our participants. However, cooking involves inherent risks including burns, cuts, and exposure to allergens.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, glade-verse Culinary Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
You participate in our courses at your own risk. You are responsible for following all safety instructions and using equipment properly. You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect your participation.
